What we collect

MyArnak collects only what you provide directly:

• Your email address and display name, used to identify your account and send you transactional emails (verification, password reset).
• The financial data you enter: accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, and settings. This data is stored only to provide the service to you.
• Login activity: date, time, IP address, and browser identifier for each login attempt, stored for your security.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not install any analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts.
• We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party.
• We do not connect to your bank — all data is entered manually or imported by you.

How your data is stored

All data is stored on a dedicated server operated exclusively for MyArnak. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using scrypt, a memory-hard algorithm designed to resist brute-force attacks. Sessions use cryptographically random tokens. All connections are encrypted with TLS.

Email

We send transactional emails only (account verification, password reset). We do not send marketing emails. Email delivery uses Postmark; your email address is transmitted to them solely for the purpose of delivery.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@myarnak.app. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
